The Local Area

Seignosse has everything you need all within easy walking distance.

 Within 100metres is the restaurant Cote d’argent, a fantastic place for lunch or dinner, great food at a great price. Go around the corner and in 200metres there are the local shops, mini market, boulangerie, charcuterie, tabac, take away pizza place and café bar.

There is also a cash dispenser, small library, tennis courts, football pitch and some great places to go i.e walk or cycle around the tranquil L’etang Noir (black lake) or head into the forest for a bit of off road action.

A further 2Km down the road you can visit the factory outlets in Hossegor- all the big names in the world of surfing are there Billabong, Rip Curl ,Quiksilver etc. and it’s also the location of the nearest Intermarche .

Head 3Km inland and to the small village of Saubion and go to the new skateboard park, watch the locals do their stuff or bring a board and get involved.
